Bring SOAR to Your School

A student-led academic readiness model schools can build on.

SOAR helps schools create a peer tutoring and academic support culture led by students, organized around service, leadership, public speaking, and practical academic help.

What SOAR is

Students helping students reach academic confidence.

Student Organization for Academic Readiness is a student-led academic organization created to make high-quality academic support more accessible. The school model centers on free peer tutoring, academic mentoring, standardized test preparation, educational outreach, and leadership through service.

At its heart, SOAR gives high-performing students a structured way to help classmates understand difficult concepts, prepare for exams, strengthen study habits, and build confidence in challenging subjects.
