Students pay 80% of the matching one-on-one rate.

FAQ

Common pricing questions.

How are small groups priced?

Small groups are priced at 80% of the matching one-on-one rate for each student. A student receiving SAT support pays the SAT small-group rate, while a student receiving honors support pays the honors small-group rate.

How are small groups organized?

Each group is organized around one core subject area, such as math, English, science, or SAT prep. Students can be at slightly different levels, but the session stays focused on one shared subject so the tutoring remains useful.

Can students switch between tutoring and mentoring?

Yes. A student might start with subject tutoring before a major test, then add mentoring for study habits, organization, or accountability.

Can SOAR support AP students?

Yes. AP tutoring is available at $40 per hour for students who need help with challenging coursework, exam review, and assessment preparation.
